The documentary “Climate change in the Basque Country, rising sea levels’ shows the relationship between climate change and rising sea level on the Basque coast. The video contains the findings of an investigation by AZTI-Tecnalia in collaboration with the Mediterranean Institute for Advanced Study. Within ninety years there will be less land and water, flood plain areas will be more frequent, will be lost agricultural land and coastal ecosystems and live more aware than ever of waves and tides. So there will be major disasters like tsunamis or entire villages engulfed by the waters. But many things have changed.
